Letter to Santa Free Printable

Printable letters to santa

OK, let me check the calendar – yep, it’s just as I thought, only six weeks left until Christmas. Let me repeat, only SIX WEEKS to get all of your Christmas shopping, crafting, planning, and cooking done before the big day. That’s not really very long when you’re a mum with 101 other things on and I’m sure many of you know how I’m feeling.

I decided to create some printable letters to Santa letters for the girls both as a way to practice their early writing skills as well as to find out what they would like for a Christmas gift. The best thing about these letters is that they are fully postage paid by North Pole Magic Mail to get there by magic overnight so there is no need to worry about buying stamps and rushing out to the post box.

The Santa letter has lines suitable for early writers. Miss R (age 5) needed me to write down the names of the things she really, really wanted so she could copy them. Her pencil grip still needs work but I’m sure she’ll pick that up when she starts big school (gulp) next year.

The back of the envelope can be decorated however you fancy. This is the back of miss R’s letter to Santa – so pretty. She spent a long time decorating this!

Not to be outdone, Miss K made a very special one too (but I did all the writing inside hers).
