Create stunning Autumn tree blow art using our printable tree background, a straw and washable kids’ paint diluted with water.

This is super easy and doesn’t take long to make. You can try different combinations of Autumn hues like yellows, reds, oranges and yellow-greens.

You could also create a Spring Blossom version using shades of pink or a Summer version with bright greens.

Let’s get started …

How to create Autumn Tree Blow Art

You Will Need

  • Washable Paint in Autumn tones – we used this one (affiliate link)
  • Containers or disposable cups
  • Pipettes – like these (affiliate link)
  • Straw
  • Art Tray (affiliate link)
  • The Blow Art Tree Template, printed to card stock for best results. Alternatively, older kids could draw a tree using Sharpie Markers (ordinary washable ones will probably run from the watery paint)

How to:

Fill cups ¼ of the way with equal parts washable paint and water. You may need to use more or less water depending on the consistency of your paint. The liquid version needs to be runny enough to be blown with a straw.

Place a dropper into each cup and the tree print into the activity tray.

Use a dropper to place up to 20 drops of the first colour onto the paper.
