How to

Print the template out to white or cream card stock.

Cut the shapes out.

Trace the semi-circle saddle shapes onto your choice of construction paper colours.

Trace the inner ear shapes over pink, or colour them pink with a felt tip marker.

Trace the mouth shape onto a shade darker than the head and the hair onto textured white paper if you have it. Alternatively, use screwballs of white tissue paper to create this texture (or even newspaper).

Attach the inner ear cutouts on the ear parts of the head.

Attach the hair cutout between the ears, on the top side of the head.

Attach the mouth cutout on the head, near the bottom side.

Use a sharpie to draw the face of the paper llama.

Attach the head to the neck.

Cut out a piece of yarn and wrap it around the neck 3 or 4 times.

Cut your paper plate in half.

Attach the leg cutouts to the reverse side of the plate.

Make the saddle by glueing the coloured semi-circle shapes on top of each other.

Attach the saddle to the paper plate.

Glue the head in place on the back of the plate. Glue pom poms or screwballs of tissue paper around the saddle.

So cute!
