Or maybe a surprise decorated in as many hearts, x’s and o’s, and “LOVE’s” as possible, like these DIY surprise present cards.

Mix and match the present cover graphics with the inside messages to create lots of different options. There is also a blank present and inside page to fill with your own love-themed pattern and personalised message, so you could say the options are infinite!

How to make a Valentine Surprise Card
You Will Need
- Card stock in white for the cover
- White paper for the inside
- Markers, felt-tips or colouring pencils
- Scissors
- Glue stick
- The template, available from our printables store and TPT store
How To
Print your cover of choice to cardstock and your inside page of choice to ordinary paper.Â

Colour the graphics if using one of the printable designs. If using the blank template, decorate the box with a pattern and write your own personal message on the inside page.Â

Cut the shapes out.

Fold the inside page in half and along the tab lines.

Glue the top half of the present to the top tab of the inside page, and the bottom half to the bottom tab.

Your card is done! If you wish to add a personal message or sign the card with your name, write this on the back. Otherwise, making it anonymous is half the fun of Valentine’s Day!
